- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version, and unique device identifiers.
- Analytics Data: Aggregated and statistical data collected through analytics services for the purpose of tracking user behavior and improving the product.
Information Collected from Apple HealthKit
Data is collected from Apple HealthKit only upon your explicit consent. This may include:
- Workout history and activity data
- Sleep data
- Step counts
- Active energy (calories burned)
- Other health metrics you choose to share
You can control whether Saga has access to your HealthKit data at any time through the Apple Health app. HealthKit data is never shared with third parties alongside individual identifiers. HealthKit data is never used for advertising, or sold.
How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used for the following purposes:
- Personalized Workout Plans: To generate and deliver AI-powered workout plans, exercise recommendations, and recovery insights tailored to you.

- App Functionality: To provide core app features including workout tracking, progress monitoring, streak tracking, and scheduling.

Third-Party AI Services
Saga uses third-party AI services to power its chat and workout generation features. This section explains what data is shared, who it is shared with, and how your permission is obtained.

When you use the AI-powered chat and workout generation features, the following data may be sent to third-party AI service providers:

We do not send your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information to AI service providers.
