Acceptance of Terms

By using the Saga app, you automatically agree to these Terms of Use.

Scope of Use

You must use the app exclusively for personal fitness and wellness purposes.

Responsibility

Any coaching, guidance, or advice you receive through Saga is generated by algorithmic analysis and should not replace professional medical or fitness guidance.

Profile Accuracy and Self-Reported Information

You represent and warrant that the profile information you provide to Saga, including but not limited to your training experience, training status, injuries or physical limitations, available equipment, biological information, and goals, is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Saga generates workout prescriptions, including exercise selection, loads, volumes, and progressions, based on this self-reported information. You acknowledge that providing inaccurate or out-of-date information, including overstating your experience or training status, may result in prescriptions that are inappropriate or unsafe for you, and you accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from such inaccuracies.

Illustrations and Names

Images and names in the app are reference materials, not substitutes for certified professional advice.

Pre-Workout Precautions

Proper warm-up and stretching are strongly recommended. Medical clearance from a physician is advised before beginning new fitness routines.

Health and Safety

You should stop immediately if experiencing pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath and seek medical assistance.

Limitation of Liability

Saga Coach LLC cannot be held liable under any circumstances for injuries or any other damages resulting from use of the app.

Assumption of Risk

Using the app means accepting all inherent risks involved in physical exercise, including without limitation the risks of resistance training such as muscle strain, joint injury, and acute injury from lifting loads. You acknowledge that loads, progressions, and exercise selections delivered through Saga are prescribed algorithmically based on the profile information you provide, and that you are solely responsible for evaluating whether any prescribed workout is appropriate for your current physical condition before performing it. You agree to stop or modify any prescription that exceeds your safe capacity.

Changes to Terms

Saga reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
